I’m a software engineer with fifteen-plus years of shipping — for early-stage startups, scale-ups, and global organisations. I stay hands-on in the code while leading and scaling the teams around it.

Along the way I’ve taken a regulated health-tech product from concept to market, launched products that found genuine adoption, and led teams to measurable gains in delivery speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
